TradePro® motor-run capacitors are UL/CSA recognized and are protected to 10,000 AFC, ensuring safety and compliance. Each capacitor adheres to EIA-456-A standards and undergoes extensive electrical testing prior to shipping, guaranteeing OEM quality and reliability for many years of operation. Key features include an operating temperature range of 40° C to 70° C (40°F to 158°F), a lifespan of 60,000 hours at the rated temperature, and accelerated life test performance demonstrating 2000 hours at 125% rated voltage at 80°C. The capacitors are constructed with a thick seven micrometer film for enhanced reliability, vacuum sealed to prevent leaks and contaminants, and supported by a robust 1.5mm plastic cup that holds the Mylar film rolls. Additionally, the Mylar film rolls are protected and insulated by a Nomex sleeve. With an industry-best tolerance of +/-3%, these capacitors meet rigorous testing standards and are UL, CSA, and VDE approved.
