The Protector Series grinder shield features a flat, dual design measuring 16" x 14" each, with a center mount and direct mount without interlock. It includes a 7" dual offset and no enclosure. Made from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, these shields are designed for maximum durability and protection against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A complete line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, providing efficient solutions for complex machine guarding applications. The shields are compatible with various mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand configurations, while also being vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
