Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment requiring easy accessibility. The system features a unique lift-off design that allows for panel removal by loosening the tool removable hardware, which significantly reduces the time needed for both panel removal and installation while keeping hardware attached to the posts to minimize the risk of loss. The panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the guarded equipment, facilitating maintenance and service calls while ensuring safety during operation. This kit includes OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant components, featuring 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh with minimal (7.87') spacing from the hazard, thereby reducing the process footprint and saving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated RapidGuard™ II lift-off panels ensure high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding area. The system comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
