Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, and other automated equipment that require easy access. Its unique lift-off design permits panel removal simply by loosening the tool removable hardware, which minimizes the time needed for both panel removal and installation, with hardware remaining attached to the posts to reduce the risk of loss. The panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment, facilitating maintenance or service calls while ensuring safety during operation. The system is compliant with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards. It features 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10 gauge welded wire mesh that allows for minimal 7.87' spacing from hazards, effectively reducing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated RapidGuard™ II lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations, while the yellow powder-coated posts improve visibility of the guarding system for material handling and pedestrian traffic. The product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
