The Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any other automated equipment that requires easy access. This system features a unique lift-off design that allows for quick panel removal by simply loosening the tool-removable hardware, which significantly reduces the time needed for both panel removal and installation. The hardware remains attached to the posts, helping to prevent the loss or misplacement of components. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, granting full access to the equipment being guarded, which facilitates easy access for maintenance personnel during downtime or service calls, while still ensuring safety and security when the machine is operational. The system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant and features a 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10 gauge welded wire mesh, which allows for minimal (7.87') spacing from the hazard, thus minimizing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance the visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts ensure high visibility of the system to both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarded area. The product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
