The Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment requiring easy access. Its unique lift-off design enables panel removal by simply loosening the tool removable hardware, which significantly diminishes the time needed for both panel removal and installation, while ensuring that hardware remains attached to the posts to minimize the risk of loss or improper installation. This system allows panels to lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment being guarded, facilitating easy access for maintenance personnel during downtime or service calls, while maintaining safety and security during operation. The system is equipped with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliance and features a 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10GA welded wire mesh with a minimal hazard spacing of 7.87', effectively reducing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated RapidGuard™ II lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts offer high visibility of the system to both material handling and pedestrian traffic. The product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
