WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment requiring easy access. The unique lift-off design allows for rapid panel removal by loosening tool-removable hardware, which reduces the time needed for both panel removal and installation. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of losing or misplacing components during operational downtime. Unlike traditional guarding systems, RapidGuard™ II panels can be lifted off from the upright posts, enabling maintenance personnel and workers to access equipment easily during service calls while ensuring safety when machines are operational. The system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant and features 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10 gauge welded wire mesh, allowing a minimal spacing of 7.87' from hazards to help save valuable floor space. The black powder-coated panels offer high visibility of operations within the guarded area, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance the system's visibility to material handling and pedestrian traffic. The RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
