The Protector Series grinder shield is a flat, dual shield measuring 9" x 8" each, featuring a center mount and direct mount without interlock, along with a 7" dual offset and no enclosure. Constructed of 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, these shields provide exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components comply with CE, UL, and CSA certifications and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is also available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for a variety of machine guarding challenges. Additionally, various mounting options enable reversal for opposite-hand mounting when needed, and all shields are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
