The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount and offers a 16" offset for enhanced protection. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is designed to withstand tough conditions while effectively shielding operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are CE, UL, and CSA certified, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring optimal machine guarding solutions. Various mounting options are available to accommodate opposite-hand mounting scenarios if needed, and the shields are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to adapt to different work setups and table heights.
