The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is designed to provide maximum durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The shield and all components are certified under CE, UL, and CSA standards and come with a limited one-year warranty. Additional replacement polycarbonate shields are available to maintain peak efficiency. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to effectively address various machine guarding challenges. With multiple mounting options, these shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting if needed, and they are both vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
