The Protector Series Chip Shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mount and features a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified with CE, UL, and CSA standards, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable to various machine guarding challenges. The shields come with multiple mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand installations. Additionally, all shields are adjustable vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
