The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield provides robust protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are CE, UL, and CSA certified, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive line of replacement polycarbonate shields is offered to ensure optimal performance. The modular design allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for various machine guarding challenges. Various mounting options are available, enabling reversal for opposite-hand mounting scenarios, and all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
