The Protector Series Chip Shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is designed to offer exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are CE, UL, and CSA certified, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance over time. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, catering to even the most challenging machine guarding requirements. The shields come with various mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios as needed. Furthermore, they are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
