The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mounting with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A complete range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, addressing various machine guarding challenges. Different mounting options facilitate reversal for opposite-hand mounting, and the shields can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
