The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is designed with an octagonal shape, measuring 12" x 8", and features a right mount with direct mount interlock and a 12" offset. The lighted interlocked enclosure enhances visibility and safety. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield provides robust protection against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable for various machine guarding challenges. Additionally, these high-quality shields offer multiple mounting options, enabling reversal for opposite-hand mounting scenarios and are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
