The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is an octagonal safety shield measuring 6" x 8", equipped with LED lighting, designed for right and direct mounting with an interlock and a 12" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is built to withstand flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf, ensuring operator protection. It is CE, UL, and CSA certified and includes a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable for various machine guarding challenges. The shield offers multiple mounting options to accommodate opposite-hand mounting scenarios and features vertical and horizontal adjustability to suit different work setups and table heights.
