The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is an octagonal model measuring 6" x 8", designed for right mount, direct mount without interlock, and features a 12" offset with no enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this shield provides exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. It complies with CE, UL, and CSA certifications and is backed by a limited one-year warranty. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for a wide range of machine guarding challenges. Various mounting options are available, and the shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios when needed. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
