The Protector Series Chip Shield for drill presses features a left side mount with a 14" offset, constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring an exceptionally tough and durable safety shield that protects operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component is certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for various machine guarding challenges. The shields offer different mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting when needed. Additionally, they are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
