The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mounting with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers robust protection from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The product is CE, UL, and CSA certified, and comes with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design allows for customizable configurations, including shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for various machine guarding challenges. It features multiple mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios when required. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
