The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed of 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is designed to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The shield and all components carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is also available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for a wide range of machine guarding challenges. Various mounting options are provided, allowing for reversal to accommodate opposite-hand mounting scenarios when needed, and all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
