The Protector Series Chip Shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional strength and durability, effectively guarding operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component is CE, UL, and CSA certified, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, addressing complex machine guarding needs. Various mounting options are available, enabling reversal for opposite-hand mounting scenarios. Additionally, the shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable, accommodating different work setups and table heights.
