The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with three arms and a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is designed to offer exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component is certified to CE, UL, and CSA standards, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A complete range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for various machine guarding challenges. Multiple mounting options are offered, and the shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting when needed. Additionally, all shields are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
