The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mount applications, featuring three arms and a 16-inch offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16-inch shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield provides robust protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. It carries CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and includes a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customizable configurations in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring effective solutions for challenging machine guarding needs.
