The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mounting with a 24" offset. It is constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring a robust and durable safety shield that protects operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components of the shield comply with CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the product includes a limited one-year warranty. The design is modular, allowing for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to meet specific machine guarding requirements. It supports various mounting options and is reversible to accommodate opposite-hand mounting scenarios. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to suit different work setups and table heights.
