The Protector Series shield for lathe crosslide features a no offset design and is constructed of 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring an extremely tough, rigid, and durable safety shield to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design of the Protector Series shields allows for customization in terms of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable for various machine guarding challenges. Different mounting options are available, and the high-quality shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios as needed. Furthermore, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate varying work setups and table heights.
