The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 24" offset and is constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, providing an extremely tough, rigid, and durable safety shield designed to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The kit includes high-quality shields that provide various mounting options and are modular in design, allowing for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to address challenging machine guarding needs. All shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate varying work setups and table heights. The components carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. Additionally, a full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure peak efficiency.
