The Protector Series chip shield is designed for milling or drilling machines and features a three-sided configuration with dimensions of 24" x 9" x 6.5". It includes an LED light system, a left mount, an articulating single base pivot, three arms with a 36" reach, and a 24" offset, providing an interlocked enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers robust protection against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The shield is CE, UL, and CSA certified and comes with a limited one-year warranty. A complete range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking features, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable to various machine guarding needs. It also offers diverse mounting options and is designed for both vertical and horizontal adjustments to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
