The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is designed with a curved shape, measuring 20" x 10", and features a right mount with direct mounting and interlock capability. It has a 12" offset and does not include an enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof, oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is robust and durable, effectively protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified with CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for various configurations concerning shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring optimal machine guarding solutions. The shields offer multiple mounting options, enabling reversal for opposite-hand mounting scenarios. Additionally, they are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
