The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is designed with a curved shape and dimensions of 24" x 10". It features a right mount and is a direct mount with an interlock and a 12" offset, though it does not include an enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and rigidity, effectively protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified with CE, UL, and CSA standards, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring the best solution for various machine guarding challenges. Additionally, the shield's high-quality construction allows for reversal to accommodate opposite-hand mounting scenarios, and they are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
