The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is designed with a curved shape measuring 20" x 10" and features an LED light, right mount, and direct mount with an interlock and a 12" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional toughness and durability, effectively protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The product is CE, UL, and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards and comes with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design of the Protector Series shields allows for configuration of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, providing tailored solutions for machine guarding. The shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios and are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate various work setups and table heights.
