The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is a curved safety solution measuring 28" x 10". It features an LED light, a right mount, and a direct mount with an interlock, complemented by a 12" offset and a lighted interlocked enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this shield offers exceptional toughness and durability to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A complete line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for various machine guarding challenges. It also offers multiple mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios, with vertical and horizontal adjustments to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
