The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is designed with a curved structure, measuring 16" x 8", and features a right mount with direct mounting without interlock, and a 12" offset, all without an enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and rigidity to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields are backed by a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, addressing even the most challenging machine guarding requirements.
