The Protector Series grinder shield measures 9" x 8" for each flat dual shield, featuring a center mount and direct mount with interlock, and a 7" dual offset without enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, these shields offer exceptional durability and rigidity to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The components are certified with CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields include a limited one-year warranty. A complete line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series shields allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for diverse machine guarding requirements. The shields come with various mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios, while their vertical and horizontal adjustability accommodates different work setups and table heights.
