The Protector Series Grinder Shield is a flat, dual shield measuring 9" x 8" and features LED lighting, a center mount, and a direct mount with interlock, along with a 7" dual offset, lighted interlocked enclosure. Constructed of 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield provides robust protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components of the shield carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications and are backed by a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal operation. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mounting options, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable to meet various machine guarding challenges. The shield can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting and is vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
