The Protector Series Grinder Shield features a flat, dual design measuring 14" x 12" each, with a center mount and direct mount without interlock, along with a 7" dual offset and no enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are CE, UL, and CSA certified, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring an optimal solution for challenging machine guarding scenarios. The shields are available with various mounting options, including the ability to reverse for opposite-hand mounting situations, and they are adjustable both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is also available to maintain peak operational efficiency.
