The Protector Series chip shield is designed for milling or drilling machines with a left side mount and features a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers a robust defense against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. It is CE, UL, and CSA certified, and comes with a limited one-year warranty. The kit includes all necessary components for installation and a full line of replacement polycarbonate shields to maintain optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable for various machine guarding challenges. The shields are equipped with multiple mounting options for reversible installation to facilitate opposite-hand mounting when required, and they can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
