The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mounting with a 16" offset. These shields are made from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof, oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring exceptional durability and effectiveness in protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The components are certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable for demanding machine guarding challenges.
