The LockJaw® synthetic lifting shackle is the only synthetic shackle rated for lifting applications and meets or exceeds ASME B30.26 standards for lifting. Constructed from high strength synthetic fibers, LockJaw® provides a strength comparable to steel shackles while being significantly lighter, addressing issues such as bulkiness and inflexibility associated with traditional steel shackles. Its flexible shape allows it to replace both bow and D-shackles, offering greater versatility as it wraps around various anchor points. The synthetic fibers are UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring durability without rusting, and create less damage when working around delicate components. The shackle features a lock that securely holds it closed during use, with the lock being permanently attached to prevent the loss of pins commonly seen with steel shackles. This lightweight design enhances safety and minimizes potential injuries from drops. The product is patent pending and made in the USA, with applications including rigging, cranes, and hoists.
