The combination eyewash and shower safety station includes an eyewash activated by a flag handle or foot treadle, featuring two GS-Plus™ spray-type outlet heads that deliver a flood of water for rinsing eyes. It has a 10-inch diameter orange ABS plastic construction and is equipped with a 1-inch IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, which is US-made and features chrome plated brass ball and PTFE seals. The unit is furnished with a stainless steel actuating arm and a 29-inch stainless steel pull rod. Each of the two GS-Plus™ spray heads includes a flip top dust cover, internal flow control, and a filter to remove impurities from the water flow. The station also incorporates an 11 1/2-inch diameter stainless steel bowl and a 1/2-inch IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, which is similarly US-made with chrome plated brass ball and PTFE seals, and can be activated by either a flag handle or foot treadle, remaining in operation until the handle is returned to the closed position. The unit is constructed from Schedule 40 galvanized steel and comes with orange polyethylene covers for vertical piping, ensuring high visibility and corrosion resistance. It features a 1-1/4-inch NPT female top or side inlet and a 1-1/4-inch NPT female outlet, with valve and spray head assemblies factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment.
