The combination eyewash and shower safety station features an eyewash that can be activated by either a flag handle or foot treadle, delivering a flood of water through two GS-Plus™ spray-type outlet heads designed for effective rinsing of the eyes. It includes a 10-inch diameter orange ABS plastic basin, a 1-inch IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, which is US-made with a chrome plated brass ball and PTFE seals, along with a stainless steel actuating arm and a 29-inch stainless steel pull rod. Each of the GS-Plus™ spray heads is equipped with a flip top dust cover, internal flow control, and a filter to remove impurities from the water flow. The station is complemented by an 11 1/2-inch diameter stainless steel bowl, featuring a 1/2-inch IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, also US-made with chrome plated brass ball and PTFE seals, which remains in operation until the handle is returned to the closed position. The structure is constructed from Schedule 40 galvanized steel and comes with orange polyethylene covers for vertical piping, ensuring high visibility and corrosion resistance. Additionally, it has a 1-1/4 NPT female top or side inlet and a 1-1/4 NPT female outlet. Valve and spray head assemblies are factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment, and it includes a stainless steel shower head.
