The combination eye/face wash and shower safety station is designed for effective emergency rinsing of eyes and face. The eye/face wash features a stainless steel bowl with two large FS-Plus™ spray-type outlet heads that provide a flood of water for rinsing. The shower head has a 10" diameter made of orange ABS plastic with a flow control of 20 GPM, and the shower valve is a 1" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, which is US-made with a chrome plated brass ball and PTFE seals. It comes furnished with a stainless steel actuating arm and a 29" stainless steel pull rod. The spray head assembly consists of two FS-Plus™ spray heads, each with a "flip top" dust cover, internal flow control, and a filter to remove impurities from the water flow. The eye/face wash bowl measures 11-1/8" in diameter and is crafted from stainless steel, while the eye/face wash valve is a 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, also US-made with similar components. The pipe and fittings are constructed from Schedule 40 galvanized steel and are provided with orange polyethylene pipe covers for high visibility and corrosion resistance. The supply features a 1-1/4" NPT female top or side inlet, and waste is managed via a 1-1/4" NPT female outlet, which can be positioned at either 9-1/4" or 19-5/8" above the finished floor by reversing the lower pipe nipples. Additionally, the kit includes an ANSI-compliant identification sign, and quality assurance is ensured as the valve and spray head assemblies are factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment.
