3M™ Scotch-Weld™ dual drive manual applicators are specifically designed for dispensing two-component 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ structural adhesives packaged in Duo-Pak (DP) cartridges. These applicators provide a variety of options tailored to meet the requirements of different manufacturing processes. The 3M™ Scotch Weld™ EPX™ (Exact Proportioning and Mixing) manual applicators facilitate clean and efficient dispensing of two-component adhesives while minimizing waste. The manual operation allows dual pistons to drive directly into the Duo-Pak cartridge, ensuring equal pressure that feeds both adhesive components through to the mixing nozzle, which is sold separately. These manual applicators offer convenience without the need for air hoses or electrical cords, ensuring a correct mix ratio during dispensing without the necessity to weigh components.
