3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX mixing nozzles are designed for the effective application of 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ structural adhesives in Duo-Pak (DP) cartridges. Each nozzle ensures thorough mixing and precise placement of two-part adhesives and potting compounds. These nozzles meet exact specifications for easy and uniform application, working seamlessly with 3M Duo-Pak cartridges to simultaneously meter, mix, and apply adhesives and compounds. The tapered tips can be cut to achieve the desired bead size, thereby minimizing adhesive waste. Additionally, the nozzles are easy to replace with new ones to utilize any remaining adhesive in a cartridge, and the used nozzle can remain on the cartridge to provide a good seal until further dispensing is needed. Recommended applications include attachment to 3M Duo-Pak structural adhesive cartridges and dispensing with 3M EPX manual or pneumatic applicators.
