3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810NS is a non-sag, toughened two-part, room-temperature curing acrylic adhesive designed to bond oily metals, plastics, and other surfaces with effectiveness and safety. This adhesive features a unique non-sag formulation, delivering strong shear and peel strength while providing good impact resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications across various industries such as automotive, construction, consumer goods, electronics, general industrial, metalworking, military, government, signage, specialty vehicles, transportation, and woodworking. The product cures to a tan or black color and has a mix ratio of 1:1, offering a 10-minute work life for adjustments prior to setting, achieving handling strength in approximately 20 minutes, and reaching full cure in 8-24 hours at 72°F/22°C. It is particularly effective in bonding oily metals with minimal surface preparation and can bond most plastics and composites as well. The adhesive complies with UL 746C, ensuring its suitability for use in electrical equipment, while its lower odor and non-flammable properties contribute to a safer working environment.
