3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX mixing nozzles are designed for the efficient application of 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ structural adhesives in Duo-Pak (DP) cartridges. Each nozzle is engineered to provide thorough mixing and precise placement of two-part adhesives and potting compounds, meeting exact requirements for easy and uniform application. These approved accessories work with 3M Duo-Pak cartridges to simultaneously meter, mix, and apply adhesives. The tapered tips can be cut to achieve the desired bead size, helping to minimize adhesive waste, and they are easy to replace, allowing users to utilize the remaining adhesive in the cartridge. A used nozzle can be left on the cartridge to maintain a good seal until the adhesive is needed again. The nozzles are recommended for use with 3M Duo-Pak structural adhesive cartridges and can be dispensed using 3M EPX manual or pneumatic applicators.
