3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP100 is a two-part, rigid epoxy adhesive that offers a fast cure and machinability, making it suitable for general purpose bonding. It features a high-flow, versatile formulation with low viscosity, allowing for easy dispensing and leveling. DP100 bonds a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, concrete, glass, stone, and various plastics, delivering high shear strength for permanent bonds across multiple applications in the electrical, general industrial, construction, and consumer goods industries. With a quick set time, it provides a 5-minute working time and reaches handling strength in 20 minutes at room temperature. The adhesive ensures transparent bond lines due to its clear formulation and is UL 94 HB certified. Recommended applications include general industrial maintenance and repair projects, attachment of various substrates requiring permanency, applications that necessitate machining afterwards, and those demanding transparent bond lines.
