3M™ Neoprene High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive 1300L is a versatile, solvent-based adhesive designed for high immediate strength and good heat resistance, making it ideal for bonding various rubber and gasket materials. It effectively adheres neoprene, SBR, butyl, and other types of rubbers to different substrates, boasting excellent moisture and heat resistance, performing up to 300°F/148°C. This adhesive can be utilized as a contact or wet-bond adhesive and is offered in tubes, cans, or pails. It is compatible with industrial spray equipment and is the low-viscosity version of the product. Recommended applications include general MRO, bonding rubber gaskets to metal surfaces, general-purpose bonding (not suitable for EPDM or TPO), attaching rubber to various substrates, and repairing rubber.
