3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP460NS is a non-sag, toughened, two-part epoxy adhesive featuring a 2:1 mix ratio, a 60-minute work life, and achieving handling strength in approximately four hours. This adhesive provides a strong, durable bond to a variety of surfaces, including ceramics, metals, glass, wood, and some plastics. It exhibits excellent shear and peel strength, along with good impact durability, making it suitable for critical applications. The preparation and application process is straightforward, requiring users to mix the components according to the 2:1 by volume ratio for a reliable bond. For optimal mixing and application, the use of 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Plus II applicators with a duo-pak cartridge is recommended.
