3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP110 Gray is a flexible, fast-setting, two-part epoxy adhesive suitable for various substrates, including metals, ceramics, concrete, composites, wood, and many plastics. This adhesive features a flexible formulation that provides a strong, permanent bond, maintaining high shear and peel strength even under vibration and impact. With a 10-minute work life, it achieves handling strength in approximately 20 minutes at room temperature, making it ideal for bonding dissimilar surfaces. The low viscosity allows for easy dispensing and self-leveling, and it serves effectively for filleting and potting applications. The adhesive is particularly well-suited for industries such as transportation, specialty vehicles, electrical, general industrial, sporting goods, construction, and consumer goods. The mix ratio for 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP110 is 1:1, providing quick and precise dispensing, while full cure is achieved in 48 hours at 72°F (22°C).
