The 3M-Matic™ case sealer 8000AF, equipped with the 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 taping head, is a manually adjustable system designed to fold the top flaps and seal cases without the need for an operator. It features a twin gear motor that drives power traction-grip drive belts on each side, allowing it to center and stabilize cases weighing up to 85 lbs. (38kg). This case sealer uses 2" (48mm) Scotch® box sealing tapes and is capable of sealing up to 40 cases per minute. Key features include automatic flap folding for precise sealing, quick adjustments to accommodate a wide range of case heights and widths, an energy-saving option that automatically shuts off the sealer when no box is present, and traction-grip drive belts that ensure stability for a variety of case sizes. The design also includes centrally located emergency stops on each side for easy access and height controls that are situated outside the guarding for convenient adjustment.
